Doesn't every parent deserve one of these? Cole absolutely LOVES to help clean out the dishwasher. And frankly, it's so much easier/faster with his help. It's worth it to wait until he's around to do it. We just plop him up on the counter where the dishes are stored, and hand him things. He already has a handle on where things are located - - even better than the older kids do. 
Sorting silverware is a favorite pasttime too.
Maybe it's because he's the youngest (or the last kid), but he is just so compliant. Makes me forget that he also whines a lot....we're working on that.
