Moving?

Looked at a house two weeks ago here in town.  Put in an offer.  Waiting to see if it all works out.  We've been renting for the last 6 years.  But with rates so low and a landlord hiking up my rent again, I figured buying will be a beneficial thing for us at this point.

It is a smaller house.  Yay!  We have less people than we did 5 years ago.  So I've taken 2 carloads of "stuff" to Goodwill and/or the dump.  Hoping for one more load this weekend....  

Boys are super excited (and so am I!) Praying that the transaction all flows smoothly.  God knows what we need, and the timing will be His.
